Specialist property investment broker is looking for passionate, ambitious and enthusiastic sales professionals to develop new business and forge strong business partnerships. This is a lively broker type telesales environment that is ideal for someone used to selling property investment, land investment, shares or other investment schemes.

Full ongoing training is provided to make you as successful as you can possibly be, however, we are only interested in receiving CVs from candidates that are tenacious, hungry for progression, eager for success and possessing the genuine desire to significantly increase their earning potential.
This is a new business focused, targeted sales role within a fast paced, growing and dynamic industry sector that is set to strengthen further as 2010 continues and the economy improves.

This business development sales role is selling a wide portfolio of investments to professional investors, financial institutions, retail investors, land investors and property development businesses.
Based in the City of London the company offers an excellent working environment with frequent reward and incentive schemes on top of a generous commission scheme that is paid monthly in arrears of sales secured.

This is a buzzing and lively working environment where you will be surrounded by successful, highly target oriented and strong minded personalities. Whilst you will be expected to make significant numbers of calls a day you will be targeted on 'quality rather than quantity' and the calls are not scripted in any way. You will therefore have a relaxed approach that can establish rapport, 'fact find' and naturally build relationships to the next stage through following a proven business development process.

This vacancy is due to expansion and is ideal for an individual with a strong sales or telesales background within investments or similar. The role is predominantly office based with occasional face-to-face client visits and is highly solution oriented; generating wins and closing deals through detailed understanding of your client's investment requirements. The role is a combination of fact-finding, converting leads, following pipeline and introducing investors to a new asset class of investment and sending literature to investors with a serious interest.

There are also many opportunities to increase your accounts by upselling, cross-selling and account retention. To succeed you will be bright, customer service oriented and proactive with a natural sales approach. The absolutely ideal candidate will have previous knowledge of working in a highly targeted investment sales environment and be used to selling at very senior levels. You will be personable, credible and possess strong negotiation skills.

This role is available immediately and interviews are taking place from w/c 1 March 2010.
